Why has that been important to develop for Southwest? To be honest, clarity of our Vision has only come into focus in the last five years. Our Values, which we historically referred to as the Southwest Spirit, propels us to reach our Vision. These Values encapsulate many of the fantastic behaviours and attitudes of our people.

Where the Vision has had significant impact is that it sets up a charge for everyone to perform as one Team to achieve. It clarifies what is imperative for our employees to focus on and why that focus matters.
